For sanitary reasons, refund or returns will only be accepted for items that are damaged or unusable in the delivery process or if the wrong item is shipped. We recommend you to try our samples and sampler packs first.

Please note that items are refundable or exchanged only if products was damaged during shipment. Item will need to be shipped back to us for verification. No refunds or exchanges will be given without seeing the product. Shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the buyer (shipping back to us and for exchange to be shipped back).

Customer satisfaction is utmost importance to us. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your items. Bath & body products may be returned for refund or exchanges if they are unopened. Shipping fees are not refundable. Item should be returned within 7 days of receipt in new/unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
